IMPACT 56

Clear your calendars for February 10, 2019 at 9:00AM to get ready for the kickoff and introduction of the IMPACT 56! This is a fitness, nutrition, and physique challenge for all of YOU to get those summer bodies just in time for the beach weather! The program is 56 days long where you will be supplied with body composition scans every two weeks, nutritional guidance, fitness challenges, and a coach to hold you accountable. Furthermore, you will be presented with the opportunity to learn and supply yourself with all of the tools to make the eight weeks a success. There will be a private Facebook group created just for this program where we will all get the opportunity to share recipes, our daily challenges of staying on track, and our success stories! This is a great way to stay held accountable to your goals. Why this date? Well after Super Bowl Weekend no one should have any reason to splurge on their eating! Of course, I’m sure there will be birthdays and your own celebrations, but the holidays are over and the next big break for most of us is Easter/Passover Break (Spring Break). So, take advantage of the timing and let’s lock it in and really crush not only your aesthetics goal, but some performance goals as well!

Liz Cort, an experienced gym owner/coach, and fit mom of two will be here working with Collis and the SPS Team to help launch the challenge! We are very excited to have Liz come down and present as this will help give a different perspective on how to reach your goals and ensure sustainability! These days leading up to 2/10 will be used to make sure everyone participating in the IMPACT 56 completes the following:

– INBODY 570 Body Composition Scan

– Goal Assessment meeting with an SPS Coach

– 3 Fitness Challenge Tests

o 30 Brute Force Burpees for time

o Fit Ball Slam Test (3 rounds, 45 seconds per round = Total)

o 30 Calorie Row for time

Of course it isn’t an SPS Event without some type of competition right?!?! Besides YOU completing your goals and accomplishing new levels. We will have cash prizes, apparel, and gift certificates for the top 3 winners! The scoring isn’t your typical “weight loss” challenge format because we want more than that for you. There will be points rewarded for weight loss, DOUBLE the points for muscle gained, and triple the points for a PR (personal record) on your fitness tests! Furthermore, there will be points given along the way, so there are many interesting variables to this challenge. Anyone with any goal can win! Everything will be explained in detail come Sunday 2/10.

Do not miss out on this great opportunity to improve on your wellness, performance, and knowledge of nutrition and fitness. Whether or not you are a member, you are still invited to come! There will be a meal plan provided and a great opportunity to learn how to reach your goals with or without a gym membership! It will be an excellent opportunity for everyone to ask questions about your fitness/exercise goals and get different perspectives on health and wellness. At 8:00AM there will be a workout to kick things off before the seminar! So come ready to sweat and learn. Please feel free to bring friends and guests, this is open to anyone and everyone! Let’s get ready to lock it in for 56 days and create a habit!

This is a PUBLIC Event! Feel free to bring friends and guests! The IMPACT 56 can be completed via online too! If you don’t live in the area you can still be part of this. We will just send the workouts to do at your own gym (we have tons already programmed you can have or duplicate any of it).

INBODY PROTOCOL
Prepare for your InBody Test by following these steps:
• Hydrate well the day before.
• Remove all jewelry, socks, pantyhose and shoes.
• Stand upright for at least 5 minutes prior to testing.
• Avoid drinking caffeine on the day of your test.
• Avoid eating 3-4 hours prior to testing.
• Use the restroom prior to testing.
• Avoid exercising 6-12 hours prior to testing.
• Avoid consuming alcohol for 24 hours prior to testing.
• Avoid InBody testing after a shower or sauna.
• Avoid using lotion or ointment on hands or feet.
• If testing in the winter, warm yourself up for 20 minutes prior to
testing.
• Avoid testing if you are pregnant, menstruating, or have medical
implants such as pacemakers and other life-sustaining medical
implants.
