Personal Training

As you grow and your performance begins to increase, so does your program. The overload principle and the principle of adaptation dictate that your program cannot stay the same to make continued progress. Each month you will receive a new and innovative program tailored to your goals, but with the focus to continue on your previous program’s success. You will receive a program to challenge you, excite you, and help you continue to build confidence in your body, your movement, and your strength. Our personal training program takes place in a Private or Semi-Private setting with 1-4 people training at a time.

We here at SPS take pride in your fitness accomplishments, goals, and mental state of mind. We want you to feel encouraged and satisfied when you leave us, not frustrated and defeated. We strive to make sure we are doing everything possible to make your fitness journey a continued path of success and sweaty smiles!
