At Brooklyn, NY native and mom of three, Toniann discovered her passion for fitness 6 years ago. She found that exercising was a great way to relieve stress and escape from the daily pressures of life while achieving personal and fitness goals. Not only will you see her smiling face when you first walk into SPS, but you will also find her in our classes on a daily basis sweating it out and smiling with the rest of the members as we tackle goals together!
